Varvello, in its fourth generation, is celebrating its 105th birthday, family heritage since 1921 vinegar and condiment crafter! Always attentive to “Made in Italy”, it has dedicated time and passion to tasting and selecting the most refined wines, as is usually asked of the best Sommeliers. Varvello wanted to personally discover the art of viticulture and winemaking, the traditions linked to our wines and the wine regions of the Bel Paese, thus selecting the most suitable apple and wines for the production of its vinegar.

Varvello wanted to celebrate its 105 years by creating wine vinegars from mono-varietal wines, such as Barbera vinegar from Piedmont, Barolo, Barbaresco, Chianti, Sangiovese, Lambrusco, Cabernet Sauvignon, Prosecco, Moscato, Pinot Grigio, soon Trebbiano will also be available, all vinegars sub-sequently matured in fine wooden barrels, from barriques to tonneau. Recently, thanks to a collaboration with a rice company, vinegar from black wholegrain Venus’s rice, grown in Piedmont, was created. A real success, ideal for Asian cuisine but also for Mediterranean cuisine.
